his offspring won the Get of Sire Class!

fortunate to have been offered the opportunity to add Merle to our
herdsires! Poor guy, just four months after we got him, we dressed him
up and showed him at the 2008 NMDA National Show, and he didn't disappoint
us! He won the mature jack class and was later named Reserve Champion
Jack for the show!

He didn't make it for Christmas, but he
got here as fast as he could!
As many of you know, 'Pa and Ma' have reluctantly (better said, very
reluctantly) made the difficult decision to reduce the size of our spotted
herd and focus on breeding for sorrel and black, and we are delighted to
welcome Sunset Acres Russian Czar to our breeding program!
